JEFFERSON, W.Va. - A city councilman was arrested Friday after he allegedly struck three other council members during an informal meeting.

Councilman James Lynch, 64, was charged with three counts of battery. He is accused of hitting the other council members with his hand, Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputy J.S. Cochran said.  ¶ 9:09 AM
