  If you can't talk on your phone while driving, you can at least drink from it...

So, if you're a resident of one of those narrow-minded governmental units that thinks you shouldn't talk on a cellphone while driving (can you even imagine how horrible that is?), then just dare them to pull you over for drunk driving...
